The couple’s alleged “home” is simply a plot of land in a luxury development that hasn’t even broken ground yet.
While Harry’s cousin Princess Eugenie is also rumored to have land in the area, her family has been upfront about waiting for a building to go with it. Speculation suggests the Sussexes’ purchase might be linked to a favor for Eugenie’s husband, Jack Brooksbank, who could be helping to offload properties in a cooling market.
With the development still years away from completion, some believe Meghan may be keeping the rumor alive to stay in the headlines. Given their past real estate ventures, this latest “purchase” seems more like a PR stunt than a serious move.
