Princess Catherine’s Mother Wears Blue Floral Dress to Royal Ascot, Dividing Public Opinion with Her Look

Carole Middleton, mother to the Princess of Wales, stepped out in style for day 2 of the prestigious Royal Ascot on June 19. Although different in terms of accessories and design, Carole’s outfit somewhat mimics the all-blue look her daughter wore at the Royal Ascot in 2019. Pictures of the princess show her adorning a similar light blue dress that also came fitted with a bow, although hers did not have floral designs on it.

Instead, Princess Catherine’s garment had dot patterns. Additionally, like her mother, she paired her dress with a flower headband but added a blue-brimmed hat on top.
