A source close to the Sussexes hit out at this, telling Page Six: “It’s offensive to Meghan and Harry that anybody would think this is merely a photo opportunity.”

“It confirms what they already knew to a big extent, that they can’t win, no matter what they do.

They added: Harry is telling her how proud he is and that the only way to handle it is to turn the other cheek.
“But, of course, it gets them down and hurts like hell for both of them.”
