Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos, the beloved couple from Live with Kelly and Mark, made a stunning entrance at the 2024 Oscars. Their red-carpet style was on point as they arrived in all-black looks. Consuelos looked sharp in a classic suit and bow tie, while Ripa turned heads in a semi-sheer Jason Wu gown that left little to the imagination.
Ripa, styled by Audrey Slater-Spiegel, wore a strapless, spotted black gown with a long train, making a bold fashion statement. She shared a photo on Instagram of herself and Consuelos on the red carpet, captioning it, “Mom and Dad storming the red carpet.” Ripa accessorized her look with a sparkling necklace from Jennifer Fisher and stunning jewels by Stephen Russell.
For her makeup, Ripa opted for a dramatic, smokey eye and a glossy, salmon lip. Her hairstylist, Ryan Trygstad, kept her signature blonde tresses simple yet glamorous with a wavy side part.
Last week, Ripa and Consuelos had a fun session on Andy Cohen’s Watch What Happens Live, reflecting on some of their past red-carpet looks. They played a game called “Red Carpet Glam or Not a Fan” and laughed about their most memorable style moments throughout the years. From Ripa donning a faux python romper to Consuelos rocking flip-flops, it’s clear that the couple knows how to have fun with fashion.
In a sneak peek at their post-Oscars show, Consuelos and Ripa recreated some iconic movie scenes. They paid homage to films such as There’s Something About Mary, Basic Instinct, A Few Good Men, The Princess Bride, Dirty Dancing, and even Barbie.
Consuelos shared, “We always have the greatest time putting these packages together. It’s our chance to live our big-screen fantasies and have a little laugh with these movies we love so much.”
Ripa added, “We try to do our deliveries as precisely as we can, but we also work in our own tributes to ourselves and our show. It makes it very bonkers and zany!”
The 96th Oscars, which featured unforgettable red-carpet moments like Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos’s, aired live from the Dolby Theatre on March 10, 2024.
