Labour is set to splurge as much as £500million on “trailblazer neighbourhoods” up and down the country in a bid to secure “community-led regeneration and renewal” nationwide.
Angela Rayner’s Ministry of Housing has vowed that the investment “will support communities to drive forward the changes they want to see in their neighbourhoods”.
There are 20 such areas across England – with a further five to come in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
But with Reform UK surging in the polls, GB News has looked into every locale Labour is targeting, compared to Electoral Calculus mapping and YouGov polling, to see how much of a threat Nigel Farage’s party is posing to the “trailblazer neighbourhoods”

Orchard Park, Kingston upon Hull: Kingston upon Hull North & Cottingham saw Reform UK finish 11,000 votes behind Labour’s Diana Johnson at last summer’s General Election, but YouGov polling would see Reform win.
Little Layton and Little Carleton, Blackpool: Blackpool North & Fleetwood saw Reform UK finish in third place behind Lorraine Beavers at the election. YouGov polling, however, has tipped Reform to win.

Birchwood West, Lincoln: Lincoln saw Reform UK finish third behind Labour’s Hamish Falconer and the Conservatives. YouGov polling has tipped Reform to win.
Central Stockton and Portrack, Stockton-on-Tees: Stockton North saw Reform UK finish second behind Labour’s Chris McDonald. YouGov polling has tipped Reform to win.
Barrow Central, Westmorland and Furness: Barrow and Furness saw Reform UK finish third behind Labour’s Michelle Scrogham and the Conservatives. YouGov polling has tipped Reform to win.
Alongside the 20 English areas confirmed for Housing Ministry funding, Angela Rayner’s department is also looking at five further areas in Cardiff, Swansea, Belfast, Glasgow and Fife.
It remains to be seen where would be chosen, but YouGov polling would see Reform win in Swansea, Labour win in Cardiff, the Lib Dems or SNP win in Fife, the SNP win in Glasgow, and Sinn Fein, the DUP and SDLP win in the four Belfast constituencies.
In total, Reform has been tipped to win 11 out of 20 “trailblazer neighbourhoods”, with Labour winning nine.
