Mark Labbett maintains composure when he takes down contestants on The Chase, but the professional quizzer let his competitive side get the better of him after he was beaten by a trio of contestants.
In an episode of the ITV programme which originally aired in 2016, The Beast went up against Michael, Trish, Terry and Vicki, who hoped to walk away with some cash.
Vicky was the only contestant who didn’t make it through to the final chase, with the remaining trio fighting to win an eye-watering £60,000.
The three players demonstrated their strength as a team, answering 22 questions correctly, setting up a nail-biting showdown with The Beast.

Mark made several blunders during the final chase, with each mistake only fuelling his frustration further. And with a mere three seconds left, Trish, Michael and Terry triumphed over The Beast, each winning £20,000.
Instead of celebrating their victory, Mark simply declared “well played guys” before rising from his chair and walking away.
The Beast could be seen furiously exiting the set, punching the wall on his way out.
The room fell silent, with a stunned Bradley Walsh saying: “That just shows you how they take it. They take it very badly.”
Despite the dramatic conclusion to the show, Trish was overjoyed, letting out a cheer of happiness.
Earlier in the show, Vicky accumulated a commendable £7,000 in the cash builder.

Before the head-to-head, Mark presented Vicki with three options: a low offer of £1,000, a high offer of £32,000 or stick with her earned £7,000.
To everyone’s surprise, she opted for the high offer, prompting a handshake from Bradley.
Mark commented: “Well, what I notice is you are quick. If you get the final chase I have a game on. So, nothing personal but you’ve got to go.”
Vicki responded: “I am complimented by that so thank you.”
However, Vicky’s hopes were shattered as she made one too many errors and was sent packing.
